Markovic's efforts have increased both students and teachers motivation in her school in Serbia.She has incorporated facebook as a reminder for the kids while they are at home. Since so many people have facebook now, that is an easy way to get in touch/remind people about events. She makes a good point about what advice she would give to a new teacher. She said you MUST listen to your students. By knowing what they want, it helps the teachers know how to teach.
